WR Logistics has appointed Marc Fischborn as Managing Director for Germany, strengthening its presence in one of Europe’s key logistics markets. He officially takes up the role on 1 September.
Fischborn will oversee WR Logistics’ operations across Germany, with a focus on project delivery and client relations in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, petrochemicals, and energy. He will also work to expand WR’s footprint in Germany and strengthen ties with the company’s global network, which spans the Middle East, CIS, Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
With nearly 20 years of international logistics experience, Fischborn has held senior roles at thyssenkrupp Uhde, Fracht AG, Antwerp Global Shipping, and DAKO Worldwide Transport. Also, he has managed large-scale industrial projects. In addition, he developed complex transport solutions across multiple regions.
“WR Logistics is built on precision, discipline, and operational control, which aligns closely with my approach to project logistics,” Fischborn said. “My focus will be on delivering reliable outcomes for industrial clients and reinforcing Germany’s role as a hub in WR’s global network.”
