WR Logistics has named Miguel Salas as Chief Executive Officer for Spain, effective immediately. The move strengthens the company’s presence in Southern Europe and supports its wider global growth strategy.
Based in Madrid, Salas will oversee WR Logistics’ Spanish operations, focusing on project logistics and heavy lift services. His role includes leading project delivery, driving customer engagement, and developing new market opportunities. He will also work closely with industrial clients in sectors such as oil and gas, energy, manufacturing, and engineering.
Salas brings decades of experience in international project logistics. He has held senior roles at AsstrA, TIBA, GAC Group, NMT Projects, Geodis Wilson, and Ceva Logistics. Over his career, he has managed complex transport solutions for large-scale industrial projects across Europe, the Middle East, and other regions.
