Wan Hai Lines launches new Asia – America service

Wan Hai Lines has announced the expansion of its Asia – America network by launching a new weekly service between Asia and the East Coast of North America, branded as AA7.

The new service will be operated by 10 container vessels with a capacity of 2,800-4,000TEU.

AA7’s port rotation will be Taipei – Xiamen – Shekou – Cai Mep – New York – Savannah – Taipei.

The first voyage is scheduled to commence at the Port of Taipei on 18 June.

The Taiwan-based container line said the new product “will provide better transit time and service coverage to meet customers’ growing demand.”
