Wan Hai Lines will apply a Rate Restoration (RR) on Asia trades effective April 1, 2026, citing rising operating costs linked to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
The adjustment applies as follows: $100 per 20-foot container and $200 per 40-foot container.
The Taiwanese carrier said the move aims to ensure service continuity and maintain consistent service quality across affected trades. It added it will continue to monitor market conditions and respond accordingly.
