Valenciaport strengthens ties with North Africa at Logismed 2025

Cristina Rodriguez, Head of Containers at the Port Authority of València, returned to Logismed, Morocco’s leading logistics and supply chain event, with the goal of reinforcing its presence in North Africa and positioning Valenciaport as a strategic bridge between Africa and Europe.

Rodriguez held meetings with key companies and institutions from across the Mediterranean, highlighting the capabilities of the ports of València and Sagunto to boost trade flows between Spain and Morocco.

Running from May 12 to 15, the event also served as a platform to explore cooperation in areas such as training, digital information systems, and innovation

Juan Manuel Díez, Valenciaport’s Director of Innovation, participated in a roundtable discussion, presenting the port’s latest innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and connectivity across the supply chain.
