TOTE Maritime honored with Quality Award

Both TOTE Maritime Alaska and TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico received top scores from customers in this year’s survey

Both TOTE Maritime Alaska and TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico received top scores amongst Ocean Carriers in this year’s Quest for Quality awards.

Logistics Management’s annual Quest for Quality awards ranks Ocean carriers on five categories – on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. This annual award is driven by feedback from customers.

“TOTE Maritime is committed to providing a best in class customer experience for all of our customers despite the different environments and needs of Puerto Rico and Alaska. We are honored to receive this acknowledgement and recognition from our customers” commented Tim Nolan President and CEO of TOTE.

In particular, TOTE Maritime Puerto Rico secured top scores in the Value and Information technology categories while TOTE Maritime Alaska had high scores in Customer service and Equipment and Operations.

“This feedback from our customers provides both positive feedback our day to day operations as well as guidance for how we can continue to improve to meet the needs of both our customers and the communities we serve” continued Nolan.
