Swire Shipping has announced a revision to its local charges in South Korea, with the updated fees set to take effect on April 20, 2026, following a review of service-related costs.

Under the revised structure, the Documentation Fee (ODF/DDF) will be set at KRW 50,000 per set, while the Seal Fee (SLF) will amount to KRW 10,000.

The updated charges will apply to all cargo departing from or arriving in South Korea on or after the implementation date.

The company clarified that documentation fees will be applicable to both import and export shipments, whereas the seal fee will apply exclusively to export cargo.

Swire Shipping also noted that trade lanes regulated by the Federal Maritime Commission will remain subject to the applicable regulatory notice period.

The revision is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to align operational costs with service provision while maintaining efficiency across its network.
