Stolt-Nielsen Limited has acquired ISO tank operator Suttons International Holdings Limited. Suttons is now a 100% owned subsidiary of Stolt-Nielsen.
The acquisition adds over 11,000 ISO tank containers to Stolt-Nielsen’s fleet. It broadens the company’s product offering and strengthens its position as a leading liquid logistics provider. The move aligns with Stolt Tank Containers’ (STC) strategy to leverage its global platform.
STC delivers to more than 100 countries. Suttons, headquartered in the UK, provides international end-to-end ISO tank solutions. Combining STC’s global network with Suttons’ specialist capabilities creates a stronger platform to serve customers safely, efficiently, and sustainably worldwide.
