
Jebsen & Jessen Group has named Stephan Kirsch as CEO of its GMA Garnet Group, effective Q4 2025. His appointment marks a new chapter focused on global growth, operational strength, innovation, and sustainability.
Kirsch brings extensive leadership experience from senior roles at FLSmidth, Metso, Metso Outotec, ThyssenKrupp, Hofmann Engineering, and KHD Humboldt Wedag. He has served on GMA’s Advisory Board for over three years, giving him deep insight into the business.
A dual German-Australian citizen, Kirsch holds a Master’s in Mining & Mineral Processing and a postgraduate degree in Waste Management & Recycling from RWTH Aachen University.
