SITC withdraws from China–India service

Intra-Asia shipping group SITC International said on 10 March it plans to build or acquire more container ships, after its 2025 net profit.

SITC has announced its withdrawal from the China–India FIX/IFX2/CIE service, with its single deployed vessel being replaced by Sinokor, according to industry reports.

Following this adjustment, the service will now be jointly operated by SeaLead Shipping (1 vessel), Sinotrans (2 vessels), Sinokor (1 vessel), and T.S. Lines (1 vessel).

The China–India FIX/IFX2/CIE service continues to play an important role in connecting major Asian trade hubs, and this change aims to maintain network stability and sailing regularity.
