SITC signs strategic cooperation agreement with Angang Lianzhong and Guangzhou Port

SITC International Holdings has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Angang Lianzhong Stainless Steel and Guangzhou Port Group.

SITC International Holdings has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Angang Lianzhong Stainless Steel and Guangzhou Port Group to strengthen collaboration across industry, port operations and shipping logistics.

The agreement was signed during a ceremony held in Guangzhou, attended by senior executives from the three organizations. Among those present were Yang Xianxiang, Chairman of SITC, Xue Mingyuan, CEO of SITC, Zhang Guoqiang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Angang Lianzhong, and Huang Bo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Guangzhou Port.

The partnership aims to leverage the strengths of each organization to accelerate the development of an integrated cooperation model combining port operations, industrial production and shipping logistics.

According to the parties involved, the initiative will focus on building a coordinated development framework described as “Port + Industry + Shipping Logistics,” intended to improve supply chain efficiency and support industrial distribution networks.

During the visit, Yang Xianxiang and the SITC delegation also toured Angang Lianzhong’s production facilities to gain insight into the company’s stainless steel manufacturing operations.

Following the site visit, representatives from both companies held detailed discussions on stainless steel production and sales logistics, as well as transportation requirements. The talks focused on identifying areas of alignment between industrial production needs and logistics capabilities.

The discussions are expected to lay the groundwork for deeper cooperation between the partners and support the development of integrated logistics solutions for the steel industry.
