SeaLead has announced the appointment of Cho Kit Wei as Chief Executive Officer, effective March 2, 2026.
Cho, who currently serves as Chief Operating Officer, has been part of the SeaLead team since 2021. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the shipping industry, with a strong background in both operational and commercial management.
Prior to joining SeaLead, Cho held senior leadership positions at Simatech Shipping and Pendulum Express Lines, where he was involved in overseeing service development and network operations.

SeaLead also expressed its appreciation to outgoing CEO Suleyman Avci for his leadership and commitment to the company. The transition, the company noted, reflects continuity and builds on the foundation established during his tenure.
