SANY held a launch event in China, themed “Usher New Chapter with Intelligent-Electric Innovation.” They introduced the world’s first intelligent hybrid pump truck and other smart-electric models. Nearly 600 industry professionals attended. Online viewers exceeded one million.
Record-Breaking Hybrid Pump Truck
The new hybrid pump truck has a smart drivetrain and range-extended system. It overcomes challenges in electric construction equipment.
- Extended Range: The truck can travel 1,400.5 km. It pumps over 650 m³ continuously. It ran 84 consecutive days nonstop, pumping 120,000 m³ at 20 MPa.
- Lower Costs: Daily workloads of 50–100 m³ cut costs by 50–75%. Workloads of 100–200 m³ cut costs by 30–50%.
Energy Efficient and Safe
SANY also launched the 2026 E-truck mixer. It uses low energy and improves safety.
- EBI Braking: Recovers up to 30% energy.
- Safety Package: Includes one-button insulation detection, lane departure warning, AEB forward braking, and REB right-turn braking. Accident risk drops 15–20%.
Two compact models—the 206 E-truck mixer and the 33-meter pump truck—serve narrow and rural sites.
Low-Carbon Focus
SANY integrates intelligent-electric technology. They aim to improve energy efficiency, safety, and operational range.
