Ryder System has opened a new full-service truck rental and maintenance facility in McDonough, Georgia, expanding its footprint in the Southeast.
The 20,000-square-foot site is in South Atlanta’s logistics corridor near I-75 and key distribution hubs. It offers truck rentals, fleet leasing, and maintenance services to regional customers.
The facility includes five drive-through service bays and integrates RyderGyde technology for real-time fleet visibility and service updates.
The McDonough opening follows Ryder’s recent expansion in the Nashville area. The company says both moves support its strategy to grow services in high-demand logistics markets.
“McDonough’s location and infrastructure make it ideal for extending our service footprint,” said Tom Havens, President of Fleet Management Solutions at Ryder.
Ryder expects the facility to create local jobs, including roles for technicians and service staff.
