Ryder System has acquired Truck Service Depot, an Atlanta-based mobile maintenance provider serving commercial trucks and trailers across Georgia.
The deal expands Ryder’s Torque by Ryder™ retail mobile maintenance business. It strengthens Ryder’s presence in high-velocity freight corridors and supports its Southeast growth strategy.
Truck Service Depot employs more than 20 technicians. It operates two locations: a 10-bay drive-through maintenance facility in Atlanta and a service center in Savannah. Ryder will integrate the company’s employees, assets, and operations into its network throughout 2026 to ensure uninterrupted service. Founder Scott Marshall will support the transition.
Ryder completed the acquisition on January 5, 2026. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Ryder said the acquisition enhances its ability to deliver fast, flexible maintenance solutions to fleets operating in a key logistics market. Georgia’s strong multimodal infrastructure and growing freight volumes make the region a strategic hub for fleet services.
The transaction builds on Ryder’s recent Southeast investments, including new truck rental and maintenance facilities in McDonough, Georgia, and Lebanon, Tennessee.
With the addition of Truck Service Depot, Torque by Ryder™ now operates across 27 states. The service supports a wide range of vehicles, including trucks, trailers, delivery vans, refrigerated units, buses, construction equipment, forklifts, and emergency response vehicles.
