Regional Container Lines (RCL) has issued two customer advisories announcing End of Voyage declarations at the ports of Sohar and Khor Fakkan due to the escalating conflict in the Middle East and growing security risks affecting maritime operations.
The carrier said the measures were necessary due to volatile conditions and exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

The company also confirmed that all discharge-related expenses will be borne by cargo owners, including:
-
Container handling
-
Storage
-
Other ancillary port costs
These charges will apply in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bill of Lading.
