Project LIFT to take off

Following the success of 11 selected services that first came under Project LIFT, your APL experience is ready to LIFT off across all APL services and platforms on 15 October 2018.

A global project to leverage the IT systems and resources of CMA CGM’s larger Group, LIFT will deliver:

  • A brand new, intuitive and mobile-friendly APL website
  • A highly effective and process-oriented eBusiness platform – APL eBusiness
  • Additional process and interface enhancements

You will receive more details on the transition in the days leading to 15 October. More information is also available on the LIFT microsite: www.apl.com/lift – now available in English, Chinese and Spanish.

For enquiries, please contact apl.ecustomersupport@apl.com (for HomePort and APL eBusiness enquiries) or your local APL representative (for all other queries).
