Port of Valencia unveils bidders for new terminal construction

The Port Authority of Valencia (PAV) has announced the four Temporary Joint Venures (TJVs) that have submitted bids for the tender for the execution of the works for the container terminal in the northern expansion of the Spanish port.

The TJVs are:

  1. Acciona Construcción, SA – Jan de Nul nv – Grupo Bertolin, SAU
  2. Dragados, SA – Rover Maritime, SL – Torrescamara y Cia de Obras, SA – Dredging International España, SA – Dravo, SA
  3. FCC Construcción – Pavasal – Boscalis
  4. Sacyr Construcción, SA – Sociedad Anónima Trabajos y Obras – Becsa, SA – Agrupacion Quinovart Obras y Servicios Hispania, SA.

PAV noted there are Valencian firms among the joint venture members.

The contracting table of the port authority, which assists the Board of Directors, will meet again on 18 April.
