PAV grants authorization to ‘Consorcio València 2007’

The Board of Directors of the Port Authority of València (PAV) made two crucial agreements aimed at ensuring the uninterrupted and legally secure development of nautical activities in La Marina during the ongoing liquidation process involving “Consorcio València 2007 En Liquidación.

The first agreement, titled “Maintenance of the authorisation of the CONSORCIO VALÈNCIA 2007 IN LIQUIDATION (Code AV474) to occupy the public domain spaces relating to the nautical-sports facilities”, approves the continuation of the current authorization.

This ensures that Consortium València 2007 (CV07) can persist in offering services to boats in the nautical-sports facilities of the Marina until the new concessionary title is granted through the recently approved tender specifications by the Council on 5 December.

The second agreement revolves around the “Conventional modification of the contract for the supply of electrical energy to the facilities of the Port Authority of València”. This modification extends the PAV’s existing electricity supply contract to incorporate new supply points previously managed by the “Consorcio.”

It is a practical adjustment aimed at ensuring the seamless provision of essential services in La Marina. Also, the PAV Board meeting was conducted virtually.
