Cynthia LaRue has joined the Parcelhero Group as its Chief Revenue Officer.

UK-based logistics comparison group Parcelhero has appointed Cynthia LaRue, a global shipping and e-commerce expert, as its first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

LaRue, based in Greater Houston, Texas, joins the company as it prepares to launch Parcelhero Pro. This is a new end-to-end shipping and fulfilment platform designed for e-commerce businesses.

With extensive experience in international logistics and digital commerce, LaRue has held senior roles at ShipStation and ShipMonk. In addition, she had strategic leadership positions at The Home Depot and Mars.

Roger Sumner Rivers, founder and CEO of Parcelhero, said LaRue’s appointment marks a significant step in the company’s expansion strategy.

“Cynthia’s expertise in scaling revenue operations and driving customer-focused growth will be pivotal as we enhance our service offerings,” he said. “Her broad understanding of the merchant journey makes her the ideal leader for this new role.”

In her new position, LaRue will oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Also, she will guide the commercial growth strategy across Parcelhero.com, Parcelcompare.com, DeliverPlus.co.uk, and the upcoming Parcelhero Pro platform.

“I’m thrilled to join Parcelhero at such an exciting time,” said LaRue. “Parcelhero Pro is designed to empower direct-to-consumer merchants in the UK and the US, and I look forward to leading its growth and helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.”

Lastly, LaRue holds dual degrees in management and an MBA from Belhaven University, graduating summa cum laude.
