ONE upgrades Baltic Bridge Express service

Ocean Network Express (ONE) announced a significant enhancement to its BBX (Baltic Bridge Express) service, aiming to provide expanded port coverage.

In particular, the port rotation of the BBX service will be Rotterdam (Netherlands) ➔ Klaipeda (Lithuania)  ➔ Riga (Latvia) ➔ Tallinn (Estonia) ➔ Kotka (Finland) ➔ Rotterdam (Netherlands).

Furthermore, the upgraded service will begin with the vessel Essence, which is expected to arrive in Rotterdam on 24 January 2025.

The current BBX service, covering Rotterdam (Netherlands) – Klaipeda (Lithuania) – Riga (Latvia) – Rotterdam (Netherlands), will be discontinued following the discharge of Eco Ponente at Rotterdam on 7 February 2025.

Additionally, the enhanced BBX will partially replace the existing BAX service, which currently serves Hamburg (Germany) – Helsinki (Finland) – Tallinn (Estonia) – Rauma (Finland) – Hamburg (Germany).

This BAX service will end after the discharge of Emotion at Hamburg port on 4 February 2025.
