Ocean Network Express (ONE) has achieved a new milestone with its 24,000 TEU-class mega vessel ONE Innovation, which successfully loaded 22,233 TEU, the highest ever recorded on a single containership.
The record-setting vessel departed from Singapore fully loaded and is now sailing on the FE4 route, bound for Felixstowe.
ONE Innovation’s achievement highlights the growing importance of ultra-large container vessels (ULCVs) in global trade. By maximizing loading capacity, shipping lines can move more cargo per sailing, improving efficiency and reducing overall emissions per container moved.
This milestone also underscores ONE’s commitment to optimizing fleet utilization and delivering cost-effective and sustainable solutions for shippers worldwide.
