ONE delays East Coast service due to Red Sea crisis

Singapore-based container carrier Ocean Network Express (ONE) will postpone the start of East Coast 4 (EC4) service until the Red Sea situation stabilizes.

The service is initially scheduled to restart during the 16th week of the year.

“To ensure the consistency and reliability of our services, we will reassign the vessels to our other East Coast services for continued stability,” said ONE, which has also announced it will add the following ports of call to other East Coast services to provide sufficient port coverage while the EC4 service is paused.

East Coast 1 (EC1): with Xiamen additional call

Kaohsiung – Xiamen (added) – Yantian –Shanghai (Yangshan) – Ningbo – Pusan – (Panama) – Manzanillo (PA) – New York – Norfolk – Charleston – Savannah – Manzanillo (PA) – (Panama) – Rodman – Kaohsiung

East Coast 2 (EC2): with Yantian additional call

Qingdao – Yantian (added) – Ningbo – Shanghai (Yangshan) – Pusan – Manzanillo (MX) – (Panama) – Cartagena – Savannah – Charleston – Wilmington – Norfolk – Cartagena – (Panama) – Pusan – Qingdao From mv.UNAYAH Express 0032E (ETB April 15th at Qingdao)

East Coast 5 (EC5): with Charleston and New York (W/B) additional call

Laem Chabang – Cai Mep – Singapore – Colombo – (CoGH*) – Halifax – New York – Norfolk – Savannah – Jacksonville – Charleston (added) – New York (added) – Halifax – (CoGH*) – Jebel Ali* – Singapore – Laem Chabang
