NX Singapore has completed a major expansion of its Tuas Global Logistics Centre on Singapore’s western seafront.
The company officially marked the completion of the project on 21 November 2025. The expansion adds about 9,200 square metres of new warehouse space to the facility.
NX Singapore said the expansion will support growing logistics demand tied to the Johor-Singapore Economic Special Zone (JS-SEZ) and the development of Singapore’s Tuas Megaport.
The centre sits close to the new Tuas Port and major expressways. It is also near the border with Johor in southern Malaysia. This location positions the facility as a logistics hub for cross-border trade and regional distribution.
Singapore is currently developing the Tuas Megaport. The project aims to consolidate existing port operations and create a next-generation container hub by 2040. NX Singapore expects rising supply chain activity in the area as the port comes online.
The expanded centre features a flexible layout to handle demand fluctuations. It also includes temperature-controlled storage for sectors such as healthcare, precision equipment, and consumer goods.
NX Singapore installed solar panels on the building as part of its green logistics strategy. The company said the upgrade will reduce the site’s environmental footprint.
About 100 guests attended the completion ceremony. They included Japan’s Ambassador to Singapore Hiroshi Ishikawa, EDB Chairman Png Cheong Boon, and senior NX Group executives.

The facility now offers more than 40,000 square metres of total warehouse space. It includes high floor load capacity, a large number of loading bays, and both ambient and temperature-controlled storage areas.
NX Singapore said it remains committed to building modern logistics infrastructure to support customers across the region.
