NorthStandard appoints new Head of Sustainability

British insurance company NorthStandard has appointed Kate Kwiatkowska as the new Head of Sustainability in a key role aimed at advancing the marine insurer’s long-term strategy.

Kwiatkowska joins NorthStandard from Fintel, where she held the position of Head of ESG and Corporate Marketing. In her new role, she will be responsible for engaging with NorthStandard’s members, brokers, employees, and other stakeholders, driving the integration of sustainability into the company’s overall strategy, and continuously reviewing the Club’s sustainability priorities. She will also develop metrics and reporting mechanisms to track progress over time.

“The Head of Sustainability plays a pivotal role at NorthStandard, coordinating, developing and driving the organisation’s strategy to ensure that we are operating responsibly and building an organisation that will support and protect our members not only today but for future generations,” stated Ed Davies, Chief Strategy Officer of NorthStandard.
