NorthStandard has appointed Jack Marriott Smalley as Head of Underwriting for Asia Pacific, effective 3 November 2025.
Marriott Smalley has over 14 years of underwriting experience with the Club, including 11 years in Singapore. He most recently served as Head of Southeast Asia Pacific. Throughout his time in the region, he has strengthened NorthStandard’s relationships with members, brokers, and partners.
In his new role, he will lead underwriting strategy across Asia Pacific, focus on growing the Club’s regional footprint, and support talent development. He will also work closely with members, brokers, and joint venture partners to deepen cooperation.
