NorthStandard adds Iran Conflict Layer to GlobeView for maritime risk updates

NorthStandard has added a new ‘Iran Conflict layer’ to its GlobeView platform, providing users with real-time insights on maritime risks in the Persian Gulf and surrounding regions.

The new layer consolidates intelligence and operational data into a single, intuitive view, allowing members and correspondents to evaluate threats quickly without searching multiple sources. It covers risk assessments, maritime incidents, port conditions, and relevant guidance across the Persian Gulf, Red Sea, and Indian Ocean, including neighboring countries.

Users also gain direct access to updates from trusted external sources and correspondent networks, ensuring timely insights on regional developments and port operations.

Colin Gillespie, Global Head of Loss Prevention at NorthStandard, commented:

“The ceasefire announced on 8 April raises hopes for diplomatic resolution, but uncertainty remains. The Iran Conflict layer provides Members with consolidated, up-to-date information to navigate this fast-evolving situation safely.”
