Neptune Pacific suspends Middle East–South Pacific bookings

Neptune Pacific Direct Line (NPDL) has announced the temporary suspension of new bookings to and from Gulf and other Middle East destinations, effective immediately, due to the ongoing conflict in the region.

The company said the measure aims to protect the safety and security of its teams, agents, and partners while the situation remains uncertain.

Supply chain impact expected

NPDL acknowledged that the suspension may affect customer supply chains, but said it will continue to work closely with clients to minimise disruption wherever possible.

The carrier added that it will closely monitor developments in the region and provide updates once its partner, Pacific International Lines, resumes normal Middle East operations.

Customers with questions or shipment concerns are advised to contact their local Neptune Pacific representative for further assistance.
