MSC’s updated service to connect West Med, West Africa and Türkiye

MSC announced the enhancement of its West Mediterranean – West Africa service to link directly Türkiye with West Africa region.

The service will be renamed Türkiye-West Med-WAF and will commence on 21 February 2023 with the 4,056 TEU container ship MSC Aniello from the port of Tekirdag in Türkiye.

The port rotation of the updated service will be Tekirdag (Türkiye) – Derince (Türkiye) – Iskenderun (Türkiye) – Gioia Tauro (Italy) – Leghorn (Italy) – Genoa (Italy) – Fos-sur-Mer (France) – Valencia (Spain) – Las Palmas (Spain) – Dakar (Senegal) – Abidjan ( Ivory Coast) – Tema (Ghana) – Lomé (Togo) – Tincan/Lagos (Nigeria) – Lomé – Abidjan – Las Palmas – Gioia Tauro – Tekirdag
