MSC, transpacific network update

Further to announcement dated 20 June 2018, pertaining to the Transpacific network update, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company confirms details of its Asia to US and Canada West Coast network. MSC has added an extra vessel on its Orient and Maple services in order to support service reliability.

The following rotations provide you with a complete US and Canada West Coast service package which will take effect, departing Asia, at the end of August/early September 2018.

PEARL

Eastbound: Nansha – Hong Kong – Yantian – Xiamen – Los Angeles
Westbound:  Los Angeles – Yokohama – Nansha – Hong Kong – Yantian – Xiamen
(No changes on the Pearl rotation)

JAGUAR

Eastbound: Singapore – Vung Tau – Yantian – Ningbo – Shanghai – Long Beach – Oakland
Westbound: Long Beach – Oakland – Busan – Shanghai – Ningbo – Shekou – Singapore
(Effective MSK Edirne 834N estimated time of departure Shanghai 1 September 2018)

ORIENT

Eastbound: Xingang – Qingdao – Shanghai – Busan – Yokohama – Prince Rupert – Long Beach – Oakland
Westbound: Prince Rupert – Long Beach – Oakland – Xingang – Qingdao – Shanghai – Busan – Yokohama
(Effective Gunvor MSK 834 estimated time of departure Yokohama 30 August 2018)

MAPLE

Eastbound: Kaohsiung – Xiamen – Yantian – Ningbo – Shanghai – Busan – Vancouver – Seattle
Westbound: Vancouver – Seattle – Yokohama – Busan – Kaohsiung – Xiamen – Yantian – Ningbo -Shanghai
(Effective MSK Semakau 834N estimated time of departure Busan 31 August 2018)

LOTUS

Eastbound: Laem Chabang – Vung Tau – Kaohsiung – Busan – Long Beach – Oakland
Westbound: Long Beach – Oakland – Busan – Kaohsiung – Hong Kong – Laem Chabang – Vung Tau
(No changes on the Lotus rotation)

YULAN 

Eastbound: Shanghai – Gwangyang – Busan – Los Angeles
Westbound: Los Angeles – Busan – Gwangyang – Shanghai
(No changes on the Yulan rotation)
