MSC more than doubles EOS from North Europe to US

Swiss/Italian ocean carrier MSC has announced an increase in the emergency operation surcharge for shipments from North Europe to the United States, Bahamas and Puerto Rico.

“In light of the significant changes in the transatlantic networks to restructure the services beginning of 2025, we are foreseeing operational disruption during the first months of next year,” said the company.

For this reason, MSC will implement the following EOS, effective from 18 January 2025 until further notice.
