MSC increases Emergency Operation Surcharge from North Europe to America

In light of the significant changes in the alliances’ network, MSC foresees general operational disruption during the first months of 2025.

For this reason, the Swiss/Italian ocean carrier has announced the following increase in the Emergency Operation Surcharge (EOS) from North Europe, including the United Kingdom and Scanbaltic region to the United States, Puerto Rico and Bahamas, from 27 January until further notice.

MSC’s EOS will be charged as follows:
