MSC changes USA to SAEC service rotation

Swiss/Italian box line MSC has announced adjustments to its USA to SAEC service, which connects the United States with the East Coast of South America.

The largest ocean carrier said the port of Freeport in Bahamas will be replaced by the port of Caucedo in the Dominican Republic on the southbound sailings. Consequently, the updated port rotation will be as follows:

New York (US) – Norfolk (US) – Baltimore (US) – Charleston (US) – Savannah (US) – Port Everglades (US) – Caucedo (Dominican Republic) – Cristobal (Panama) – Santos (Brazil) – Buenos Aires (Argentina) – Montevideo (Uruguay) – Rio Grande (Brazil) – Itajai (Brazil) – Paranagua (Brazil) – Santos – Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) – Salvador (Brazil) – Colon/Cristobal (Panama) – Freeport (Bahamas) – New York
