MSC announces rotation change in US-SAEC service

To maintain schedule reliability, the world’s largest container line MSC has decided to adjust the rotation of its service connecting the United States with the East Coast of South America.

Consequently, Florida’s Port Everglades will be reintroduced Brazil’s port of Itajai will replace the port of Navegantes into the service rotation.

The first vessel, which will run on the following updated port rotation, will be MSC Alma VII with voyage number 443A/448R.

The new rotation:

New York (US) – Norfolk (US) – Baltimore (US) – Charleston (US) – Savannah (US) – Port Everglades (US) – Freeport (US) – Cristobal (Panama) – Santos (Brazil) – Buenos Aires (Argentina) – Montevideo (Uruguay) – Rio Grande (Brazil) – Itajai (Brazil) – Paranagua (Brazil) – Santos – Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) – Salvador (El Salvador) – Colon/Cristobal (Panama) – Freeport – New York
