According to Japan International Freight Forwarders Association (JIFFA), Mitsubishi Estate Vietnam has completed a new large logistics facility in Hai Phong, northern Vietnam, marking another milestone in its growing Vietnamese warehousing business. The facility follows the completion of Logicross Tai Ninh in the southeast in August.
Logicross Hai Phong consists of two one-story buildings with a ceiling height of 10.5 meters, and loading docks aligned with freight truck beds. The facility spans 88,000 m² on a 151,000 m² site, with a minimum of 4,400 m² available for rent.
Mitsubishi Estate, a Tokyo-based real estate developer, began developing Logicross Hai Phong and Logicross Nam Thuan (near Ho Chi Minh City) in October 2024. Logicross Nam Thuan, completed on August 20, covers 64,000 m² on a 115,000 m² site.
