
Maersk has announced a series of updates to its Maersk Go product, with the full changes taking effect from 4 December 2025.
Customers can now amend or cancel Maersk Go bookings directly through the online platform with instant confirmation, removing the need for manual email requests or waiting for case handling. During the amendment process, users will also be able to add value-added services to further tailor their shipment experience.
Maersk has also introduced a new policy for late booking changes. Amendments made seven days or more before the scheduled ETD will remain free of charge, while any changes requested within seven days of ETD will incur a fee. This policy applies to bookings created on or after 4 December.
