Maersk has announced a revision to its Dry Port Surcharge – Export (DPS) for selected inland container depots (ICDs) in India, as part of efforts to maintain service reliability and operational efficiency across its global network.
The revised surcharge will apply to export cargo moving via Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNPT), Mundra, and Pipavav to worldwide destinations.
For non-regulated countries, the updated DPS will take effect from 25 January 2026. For regulated countries, the revision will apply from 11 February 2026.
Maersk said the adjustment supports its continued ability to offer a broad portfolio of services, competitive transit times, and consistent reliability across key trade lanes. The carrier noted that it continues to focus on providing innovative inland and ocean transport solutions while ensuring stable operations.
