
Maersk has announced the launch of its new AE19 service, part of its East-West network and the Gemini Cooperation, providing direct links between Asia, the Mediterranean, and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Service Rotation

Xingang → Qingdao → Busan → Ningbo → Shanghai → Tanjung Pelepas → Cape of Good Hope → West Med hub → East Med hub → Jeddah → West Med hub → Cape of Good Hope → Singapore → Xingang
The first westbound sailing will be operated by Maersk Elba (611W), arriving in Xingang, China, on 13 March 2026.
