Log’ins, the social joint venture between global logistics leader GXO and nonprofit group ARES, has renewed its long-term partnership with Recyclivre, a leading online second-hand book retailer.
For nearly 15 years, Log’ins has managed storage and order preparation for Recyclivre in France. A team of 70 employees operates the company’s 6,500-square-meter warehouse in Villabé, near Paris, processing almost 2 million books each year.
The partnership highlights Log’ins’ dual mission: delivering efficient logistics services while promoting workplace inclusion. Created in 2011, Log’ins trains and employs people with disabilities and those facing social exclusion, combining GXO’s logistics expertise with ARES’ social support programs. Over the past five years, the initiative has supported more than 500 individuals, with 70% moving on to employment or qualifying training.
Recyclivre Co-director Sylvain Joly said the collaboration has been key to managing rapid growth. “This partnership embodies inclusive and sustainable logistics, serving the circular economy and professional integration,” he said.
GXO France Managing Director Vincent Ricci added: “Log’ins shows that social solidarity is a real opportunity for businesses.”
