Leschaco Group refreshes management board

The Leschaco Group has announced several changes to its management board.

Constantin Conrad is formally appointed chief executive officer of the Leschaco Group in a change caused by the sudden loss of his father, Jörg Conrad, in October last year.

The post of chief data officer will be unfilled. Constantin Conrad was already named to the group’s management in July 2019, and he will become a single managing director and shareholder with the power of representation in August 2021.

After more than 21 years with the Leschaco Group, Oliver Oestreich, chief operating officer (COO) and member of the management board, will resign in April 2024. Nils Fahrenholz, who will join the board as an incoming chief operating officer on 1 April 2023, will replace Oestreich. On 1 April 2024, he will succeed Oliver Oestreich as COO.

Steffen Küpper has been elevated to chief people and culture officer and will now serve on the management board of the Leschaco Group. In this role, he is in charge of worldwide human resources, communication, and organisational growth.

Steffen Küpper joined the company as head of global human capital on 1 October 2022. He has 17 years of work expertise, most of which has been in human resources.

“The management board is looking forward to continuing on the course already set for the year 2030 along a formulated vision and strategy together with the people who work at Leschaco and are committed to customer satisfaction every day, and to further expanding its position as a global active logistics service provider,” stated Constantin Conrad.
