MSC’s Archimidis is the largest container ship to call at Swanson Dock and berthed at Patrick Terminals’ facility on Sunday 18 November 2018.
The Archimidis is 317.8 m length overall, 43.2 m beam and can carry 8266 TEU.
The successful arrival was a collaborative effort between Victorian Ports Corporation (Melbourne), Port of Melbourne, Patrick Terminals, MSC, Port Phillip Sea Pilots and Svitzer.
