Kuehne+Nagel announces management changes in South Africa and Middle East

Kuehne+Nagel has appointed Damian Raczynski as national cluster manager for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Oman in May 2023, while Bert Bloem was appointed as national manager of South Africa in April 2023.

Raczynski and Bloem will report directly to Lee I’Ons, Kuehne+Nagel’s regional manager of the Middle East and Africa, and will be in charge of the company’s activities in the two countries.

Damian Raczynski joined Kuehne+Nagel in 2010 as a national contract logistics operations manager in Bucharest, Romania, and relocated to Dubai in 2014 as the UAE’s national contract logistics manager. He has been the regional contract logistics manager for the Middle East and Africa since 2019.

Meanwhile, Bert Bloem has worked in the logistics sector for over 28 years. He has been the national air logistics manager for Kuehne+Nagel in South Africa since 2009.

“We’re thrilled to have Bert and Damian stepping into their new roles in South Africa and the UAE and Oman cluster, respectively. With their extensive experience and expertise, we’re confident that they’ll continue to drive extraordinary customer and employee experience,” stated Lee I’Ons.
