Kuehne+Nagel announces management board changes

Kuehne+Nagel International AG has announced two upcoming changes to its Management Board. Effective October 1, 2025, Eduardo Razuck will take over leadership of the Contract Logistics business unit, succeeding Gianfranco Sgro. From May 1, 2026, Søren Schmidt will assume responsibility for the Road Logistics division, following the planned retirement of Dr. Hansjörg Rodi in summer 2026.

Schmidt, a Danish national with more than 30 years at DSV A/S, including a decade as CEO of its Road Logistics division, is widely regarded as one of the sector’s leading figures. Razuck, an Italian-Brazilian national, has been with Kuehne+Nagel since 2003, most recently overseeing Contract Logistics across the Americas and serving on the global leadership team. His appointment ensures continuity in the unit’s strategic direction.

Sgro will depart after more than ten years with the company to become CEO of a mobility-sector firm.

Dr. Joerg Wolle, Chairman of the Board of Directors, said: “With Søren Schmidt, we welcome an outstanding figure in the logistics industry. At the same time, the appointment of Eduardo Razuck reflects the successful development of strong leadership talent within Kuehne+Nagel. Both bring extensive expertise and will continue to drive the company’s positive development.”

The Board also expressed its appreciation to Dr. Rodi and Sgro for their years of dedicated service.
