KEZAD Group has announced five new industrial and logistics projects across its KEZAD Al Ain and KEZAD Al Ma’mourah zones in Abu Dhabi, attracting a combined investment of AED 147 million, a total footprint of over 84,000 square metres and the creation of 500 jobs.
The five incoming projects span a diverse range of industrial activities.
Haber/Elixir will establish an oilfield chemicals blending facility, Grand Line Industries will set up a car cleaning products manufacturing operation, and Precent Enterprises Metals Coating will develop a metal forming and coating facility.
Unibal Group Investment will develop its second industrial and logistics warehousing project in Abu Dhabi and its first in KEZAD Al Ain, while Al Lul Transport and General Contracting will develop a major industrial and logistics warehousing facility in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah.
Four of the five projects are located in KEZAD Al Ain, collectively representing approximately 37,400 square metres, AED 47 million in investment and 200 jobs.
The fifth project at KEZAD Al Ma’mourah is the largest of the group by both value and employment, covering over 46,500 square metres, committing AED 100 million and generating 300 positions.
The announcements build on strong momentum from 2025, during which KEZAD reached 73.6 square kilometres of leased land, recording 3.3 square kilometres of net new land leases with 67 percent linked to industrial and manufacturing activity.
The AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities and Free Zones cluster, of which KEZAD is part, reported revenue of AED 2.87 billion in 2025, a 45% increase year-on-year.
Despite delivering 146,000 square metres of new warehouse capacity during the year, the cluster maintained warehouse occupancy of 91 percent.
Abdullah Al Hameli, Chief Executive Officer of Economic Cities and Free Zones at AD Ports Group, described the new projects as evidence of sustained demand for industrial and logistics assets that support real economic activity, highlighting the diversity of sectors involved and the practical value added to Abu Dhabi’s broader trade ecosystem.
