Kalmar receives forklift truck order from Italian logistics firm

Kalmar has secured an order of 13 forklift trucks from an Italian logistics and equipment rental service provider, with an option for an additional four units for usage in the most demanding steel-handling applications.

The new equipment is expected to be delivered in the first and second quarters of 2024.

Kalmar has not revealed the name of its customer. “Our Italian frontline team has built a strong relationship with our local customers, who value highly the excellent reliability that Kalmar equipment is known for, especially in challenging applications like steel handling,” stated Marco Tosi, Kalmar’s director in Italy.
