The Qualification Committee of the Port Authority of Valencia has accepted the bid submitted jointly by Ership, Intersagunto Terminales, and Compañia General De Compras Agropecuarias for the public tender concerning the administrative concession for occupying port public domain land to build and operate a solid bulk terminal at the Port of Sagunto.
This terminal will be compatible with current port operations and will serve for the loading, unloading, and storage of solid bulk materials.
The committee’s decision followed the public opening of Envelope No. 2, during which it confirmed that the bid complied with all documentation requirements set out in the Terms of Reference.
A summary of the financial proposal, including the Investment Plan and Fees, was also reviewed.
The Committee has now referred the proposal and supporting documents to the designated technical commission for further study, analysis, and evaluation.
