JD Logistics and Geopost form strategic partnership

JD Logistics (JDL) and Geopost have launched an important partnership to improve their worldwide logistics capabilities.

The agreement is expected to improve international express services between China and Europe by combining JDL’s warehouse network and Geopost’s logistics delivery capabilities, providing consumers and companies with high-quality express logistics services.

According to a statement, JDL and Geopost will establish C2C and B2C shipping solutions between China and Europe in both directions, ensuring comprehensive end-to-end shipment tracking and delivery via a convenient “one-stop” express delivery service that will include doorstep delivery, dedicated customer support, and cutting-edge digital tracking capabilities throughout the entire logistics process.

“Furthermore, global reverse logistics will be seamlessly integrated into the service, while clients can expect not only competitive pricing but also accelerated delivery speeds, surpassing industry benchmarks by 1-2 days,” said the announcement.

JDL will be able to improve its integrated warehouse and delivery services across Europe as a result of this agreement and may increase its service area throughout the continent by using Geopost’s enormous distribution network.

This implies that goods originating from JDL’s European overseas warehouses may now provide same-day delivery service, exceeding industry norms, in major countries such as Germany, the Netherlands, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Poland.

JDL and Geopost will also develop competitive FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) service capabilities in the European market to help merchants increase efficiency and reduce costs.
