The International Tank Container Organisation (ITCO) has elected William Leigh-Pemberton, Strategic Development Director at Bertschi AG, as its new Chairman.
Leigh-Pemberton, who has long been active in ITCO work groups and conferences, took up the role on 1 September alongside the organisation’s newly formed Board. He brings broad industry experience and a strong strategic focus, aiming to further strengthen ITCO’s global role in the tank container sector.
The new Board includes two representatives from each of ITCO’s four divisions:

Operators Division: William Leigh-Pemberton (Bertschi) and Mark Warner (Royal Den Hartogh Logistics)

Leasing Companies Division: Jan Roebken (Streem Containers) and Robin Pol (Trifleet)

Manufacturers Division: Jee (CIMC) and Duncan Maxwell (Perolo)

Service Providers Division: Dennis Verduyn (Stolt) and Armin Vogelaar (SGS)
The Board will work closely with members to drive collaboration and support the continued growth of the tank container industry worldwide.
