The Imetame Group has added four Liebherr mobile cranes to its fleet. The models include LTM 1090-4.2, LTM 1120-4.1, LTM 1250-5.1 and LTM 1230-5.1. With this investment, Imetame increases its capacity for complex industrial operations.
The cranes will support a large pulp and paper project in Mato Grosso do Sul, Brazil. They will handle heavy lifts, assemble plant structures and install extensive pipeline systems. The cranes offer high lifting performance, strong safety features and efficient operation.
“This investment strengthens our technical capabilities while meeting strict safety standards,” said Ronaldo Sarcinelli, Operations Manager at Imetame Metalmecânica. “These cranes fit our operational needs and deliver high productivity in demanding environments.”
Imetame selected a mix of crane models to cover different tasks. The LTM 1090-4.2 offers high mobility and efficiency for general lifting. The LTM 1120-4.1 is the most powerful crane in its four-axle class and features a long telescopic boom that reduces transport costs. The LTM 1250-5.1 is the world’s most powerful five-axle mobile crane and delivers maximum lifting capacity within axle limits. The LTM 1230-5.1 adds reach with a long telescopic boom and optional lattice extensions for work at great heights.
Modern crane technology for demanding sites
Liebherr mobile cranes use all-terrain chassis. They operate on public roads and challenging construction sites. The cranes provide high safety, strong efficiency and good driver comfort. Telescopic booms allow fast access to high working heights. Lattice and folding jib options add flexibility for different lifting needs.
The cranes also feature VarioBase® and VarioBallast®. These systems improve stability and allow safe operation in confined spaces and under changing load conditions.
Growing partnership with Liebherr
The partnership between Imetame Group and Liebherr has grown steadily in recent years. “We chose these cranes for their reliability, technical support and customer service,” said Sarcinelli. “These factors ensure smooth operations and high productivity.”
Imetame Group has more than 45 years of experience and around 5,000 employees. The company operates in metal processing, natural stone, port logistics, energy, and oil and gas, with its headquarters in Aracruz, Espírito Santo.
