
Imabari Shipbuilding and Kanadevia have agreed on a share transfer involving Hitachi Zosen Marine Engine (HZME). Imabari will acquire part of Kanadevia’s shares in HZME.
Change in ownership structure
After the transaction:

Kanadevia: 40% (down from 65%)
This makes Imabari the majority shareholder.

HZME was established in November 2022 as a joint venture between Imabari and Kanadevia.
